The Root Love Combo is an organic, soil maintenance kit designed for the watering can. It adds food, humic acids and beneficial microbes that multiply in the soil, balancing the soil ecosystem in favor of plant health. The food gets broken down and becomes nutrients for the plant over a 1-8 week period. Each order includes 32oz of Root Love and 1 cup of bio-nutrient, making ± 25 gallons. A weak dose used every watering is best but frequency is flexible.

    Primary & Secondary Uses

    Primary use: Healthy soil maintenance and complete plant nutrition. When used regularly, maintains a living, balanced and productive soil ecosystem

    Green Thumb: If reviving a plant in the same old soil (1 year or longer) without repotting, use with Green Thumb for amazing results.

    Fertile Ground: About 3 months after repotting with Fertile Ground, start using Root Love to keep the soil food web active and healthy. This will delay to need to repot for many years.

    Application Rates & Coverage Area

    1 oz (1-2 second squirt) and 1 rounded scoop per quart of water every two weeks.

    One 32oz bottle makes up to 8 gallons at 1/4 cup per gallon. If used weekly, reduce dosage by half and one 32oz bottle makes 16 gallons.

    Instructions

    1. Prepare your water: (optional)
    Chlorine negatively impacts microbes. If using tap water, allow the chlorine to evaporate by leaving water in an open container for at least 24 hours. This steps not necessary but is beneficial.

    2. Mix:
    Per QUART of water, mix 1 rounded scoop of Bio Green and a 1-2 second long squirt of Root Love (1 oz). Stir for 30 seconds or until visibly dissolved.

    - per GALLON of water, mix 1.5 tsp of Bio Green and 1/2 cup (4 ounces) Root Love.

    3. Feed: water with solution, re-stirring solution between each plant.

    Year round feeding for houseplants:
    Root Love is soil food first, keeping the soil microbes alive and active. Indoor container soil needs to remain active year round to prevent diseases from developing. With this in mind, Root Love should be used year round, however, dosing can be reduced by 1/2 during winter months if desired.

    - Conversation rates:
    The included scoop is 1/3 tsp.
    Squirt rate is about 1 tbsp (1/2 oz) per second

    Received in 3 days of order. I have not had an opportunity to use yet. Decided to try this along with worm castings for new life to the old timers and increase rather slow growth in new plants. I did use the worm casting in a few of my new plants and the baby ones are showing signs of new leaf growth finally. Will be using both products in all plants. If I see the same success others reviewers have referred to I will continue too reorder.

    Should include instructions to refrigerate. Mine started smelling funky within a day due to warm temps inside.

    I just now used the product so can’t really speak on how well it does but I am confident it will be great! Packaging is fantastic! Seller has also been extremely helpful, very friendly and is knowledgeable in plants! Communicates amazingly and hasn’t been bothered by me asking tons of questions about the plants I needed help with! Sent me a free sample with to my order to try on the baby plants I am worried about and it is an amazing sized sample! I would recommend this shop over and over! Can’t wait to order some of their products that are for succulent and cacti!

    My plants are doing great with these products. I ordered them at the end of the summer so my plants won't get many more doses as we go into winter. I'm sure that my plants will love them more come next summer when they get the full benefit of the natural fertilizer.
