    What to Expect

    In general, very healthy, sometimes vigorous, growth.

    Repotted house plants: noticeable vibrance and new growth in about 12 weeks. With new, thicker stems and shiny leaves in about 6 months.

    Pairs With

    Start using Root Love after 8 weeks. Continual use will keep the soil food web active, protecting the roots. And replenish nutrients.

    Application Rates & Coverage Area

    20%. Mix 1 part Fertile Ground with 4 parts soil.

    Instructions

    Important: Always dilute Fertile Ground with soil before planting.

    Blend 1 part Fertile Ground with 4 parts potting mix, recycled soil or native soil. For seedlings, blend 1 part Fertile Ground with 2 parts starter mix. Apply Fertile Ground directly into transplant holes.

    When repotting, it is sometimes difficult to remove the old soil from the roots. In this case a stronger mix of 1 part Fertile Ground with 2 parts soil can be used.

    Storage & Care

    Store at room temp or cooler. Keep moist by closing bag immediately after use.

    If storing for long periods, poke a small breathing hole near top of package for airflow. If product starts to dry out, lightly mist with water.

    I've waited awhile to write a review in order to offer to potential buyers a hopefully more informative take on the product. I've used Fertile Ground when repotting a couple of alocasia and several string succulents. For reference, it's been about two weeks post-repotting of the alocasia, about one week post-repotting of the string succulents. All these plants are doing well, having sprouted new leaves.
